Off-white Strapless Prom Dress size 9/10

This dress is off-white and has a black satin ribbon sewn to it that is long enough to tie around the front of the dress or you can tie the ribbon in the back and leave the tails long. It has cute ruffles down the whole dress and it has some tulle sewn on the inside to make the dress poof out around the bottom. Only worn once.
