Off-the-shoulder Top from Loft

Cute striped off-the-shoulder top from Loft! Bell sleeves with scalloped edges and colorful stitched pattern. There is elastic in the top part so it’s stretchy! Great quality. No stains. I’m usually an extra small petite with Loft, but this top runs a bit bigger!
