Officine Creative Tonal 004 Moro Leather Chelsea Boots, Size EU 45/M12-13

Got mild scuffs on the upper from previous wear, along with what I think is a water stain on the toe of the left boot and some wrinkling from wear on the upper heels, but the upper as a whole is in great condition still from the high-quality leather. Unsure of what the sole material is, and there are marks of wear present but overall also in good condition. I wear a size U.S. M13, and I think that these could fit over time with some extended wear and the leather stretching to fit my foot shape, but I’d still recommend this shoe predominantly to people with size U.S. M12 feet just so they don’t have to go through that breaking-in period and can enjoy the shoe as is. It’s a high-quality shoe with good craftsmanship nonetheless, and I think it’s resoleable from what I can gather from the stitching on the sole but don’t quote me on that. Shoe will come in their original box with original papers, shoe box also has some mild ripping from storage over the years but overall still in solid condition.
