mannic61 I have been looking for this tote, but am not willing to pay this much with the damaged straps. I’m not sure there a way to fix them.

rosemaryatl Please feel free to make a reasonable offer @mannic61 ! Replacing the straps may be the way to go, as they simply connect to the bag with a buckle.
