stellavega This is great! I’m so frustrated with low ball offers. I have a listing about submitting offers and what to consider, but I feel like no one reads it, I still get terrible offers all of the time, even on listings that state “final price, no offers” and since I’ve designated them “final price” it takes way longer to sell. It’s discouraging. Would you mind if I also borrowed this?

tapshe @ksg5 this will come in handy, especially when the low ballers come knocking on your door. And they will!!!! Most don't realize the 20% hit by posh, so if you explain that, they sometimes come around and make a more reasonable offer, others are just losers and if you can't reason with them, just decline their offer unless it is something acceptable for you.
