Off-Shoulder, Wrist-Tie Boatneck Chambray Top

Super cute pale blue cotton chambray top for summer, or warm weather vacations! Pair with white jeans/capris/shorts, and some cute top-siders, keds, or converse. Has elasticized shoulders for stay-put off-shoulder look, cute ties at the 3/4 sleeve, and side slits. The fit feels small/narrow/petite to me, like a size 0-2. Measurements--Length (shoulder to hem): 23". Sleeves (neck to top of wrist tie): 18". Bust (pit to pit): 16.5" flat (max. 32 bra size). Has side vents (see photo). Never worn!
