Off white cold shoulder over-piece

I love to wear tanks and dresses but can’t wear them to work so I used these pieces to cover my shoulders and still be in dress code. This is an off white over-piece with a hole design and a cold shoulder. The bell sleeve is a super cute accent piece, only letting this go cause I lost weight! Lane Bryant size 22/24
