Off white bike logo shorts

Im selling my bike shorts, i purchased but doesnt fit me, so i never could wear them, is still with tags, it says 38 but i think is smaller size and kind of petite, because im 38 on pants (S-M) but this one i couldnt even put on me, got stuck on my legs so definitely is a smaller size i could say if youre 34 is gonna fit you well, i have big hips so isnt for me.
