Off the shoulders layered bell sleeves NWOT

Purchased from Bloomingdale’s online. IT IS A SIZE small. Elastic stretch front and back make it fit size small and easily fits a medium. It has blue & white narrow stripes. Great for travel and packing. My friend has the same top and raves about the versatility and compliments.
