Off the shoulder white mini dress

For this adorable off the shoulder white mini dress a few years ago from an NYC boutique. Loved it and it is a great, quality and soft material. There are very tiny marks and stains on the bottom of the dress that could likely be gone with dry cleaning. Sad to part with this strapless dress.
