debassham @makaylanoelsmom I took another picture for you. It is lined with a second layer of material. The outer material is flowy. It can only be worn the one way. It has never been worn and I had to try on to see.

debassham @alexbreanne182 ok it is 27 inches from elastic to bottom edge. I'm 6 ft tall so for me it would be a top, but a lot of short dresses are tunics or tops on me. I have a 36 inseam
