Off the shoulder tie blouse

This is a very unique off the shoulder blouse. The long straps are wrapped around and then tied to the side. Loose threads (were like that when purchased) but easy to snip off. Only worn once. 100% cotton hand wash cold Let me know if you have any questions! Better pics to come soon
