Off the shoulder nautical dress (WORN ONCE)

Size small (I’m 5’6 for length reference). It’s so comfortable and the shoulders have an elastic band around the top to prevent it from sliding off and being annoying. I loved it and got so many compliments! Willing to negotiate price!
