Off the shoulder lacey baby blue blouse

This baby blue blouse (try saying that 5 times fast!) with white stripes and Lacey accents is gorgeous. I am its first owner and I never got the chance to actually wear it, sadly. It is beautiful and ready for a home with someone that will appreciate it the way it deserves to be appreciated.
