*brand new- no tags. Direct from manufacturer but never had tags attached * Smocked top to fit all sizes. Flows pale blue floral dress (image in white on model/ but this dress is blue). The dress has a slight overlay with a slit. It is lined all of the wind blows you’re still covered. Lining is short though to not take away the effect. Because of the material will fit more sizes.
