Off the shoulder crop top

Beautiful off the shoulder crop top from XIX Palms out of Honolulu, Hawaii in their hanalei print. Elastic across the shoulders and arms keeps the top in place and creates an adorable balloon sleeve while a draw string at the waist allows you to crop it exactly how you like. Size “3” which roughly equates to a M. Could also fit a small if you want it a little looser.
