Off the shoulder blouse

New without tags. Beautiful off the shoulder blouse. The lace is a fantastic classy touch. This was hard to photograph as the hanger or mannequin do not offer great options for off of the shoulder. Some say this looks cream some say white. I say I wish it had fit me!
