It's a "one size fits all", but I would say it's for a M-XL. It measures 29.5 inches from shoulder to hem and can be worn as a tunic or dress. Open to reasonable offers. msandyw @bayleigh30 29.5 inches from top to bottom. It's meant to be worn off the shoulder. I'm 5'6 and it hits about 6 inches above the knee hope that helps!
