Off the Shoulder (with straps) Short Dress: Women's Dresses - Size Large

I wore this dress on a tropical spring break trip, and also a few times in the summer, but is super cute with a pair of wedges. Lots of room to move and is super light. It does go off the shoulders, but that is not what is holding the dress up - the straps do the work :) I am pretty sure I got this at a DryGoods store. Women's size large, but can fit as a medium.
