Off the Shoulder Teal Floral Dress - Xhilaration

This is a teal colored off the shoulder dress I bought from Target! The bottom has a beautiful lace, and the top is rouched, I’ve actually worn it both covering my shoulders and off the shoulders, it works great both ways!
