Sexy sheer off the shoulder top from Forever 21 This top made my shoulders feel so cute! lol you can actually zip it up instead of putting it over your head. It does fit like a crop top and the thick bands just hug you. You can pair it with a cute lacey bra/bralette and it would look super cute! I am usually a medium but this small fits me just fine!
