Off the Shoulder Navy Blue Shimmery Dress

Color: Very nice navy blue with a slight shimmer Sizing: Junior sized dress, but I wore it as an adult. I'm usually a 6 or 8 in women's dresses and this wondefully. Condition: I only wore it once for my friend's engagement party and can't really wear it again because of posted photos.
