Off the Shoulder Dress: Women's dresses - size medium

This navy-colored dress is super comfortable and wore it for a school event and then maybe 2 times after. The sleeves go off the shoulders and have the scrunchy material to stay up and is super cute with the lace. I am pretty sure I got it from the store Dry Goods. The length is a "mini" dress, so it sits a few inches above the knees. No flaws, size medium.
