Off the Shoulder Blouse

Pretty lightweight print blouse. The pretty brown buttons do not unbutton the blouse only for show. Elastic around the shoulder area. You can wear up over the shoulder or off the shoulder. The print is checkered with print of circles with small white prints around the circle.
