Off the Shoulder Blouse

Light Gray (sort of a heather gray) OTS top. Can be used to cover one shoulder or both; can also be completely strapless. Strong elastic with soft fabric - like pajama soft. Key hole sleeve detail with straps to create a bow or decorative knot. 18ish inches from armpit to armpit. Runs big - fits a medium perfectly too.
