Off the Shoulder ASTR the label dress

Great wedding guest dress or dress for more formal event. Tiered level is stretchy, can stretch to Medium - size I typically wear. Off the shoulder band and arm cuffs also have stretchy bands that holds tight so dress will not slip. Classy mid thigh slit on skirt as well. Love this dress!
