Off shoulder ruffles top

This top can be worn a few ways , as seen in the pictures. It is pinstripe grey and white , with a matching belt and can be removed. It’s really adorable and pretty unique. It comes from a small boutique in California that is no longer open, HAR Money INC. I bought this before the pandemic and never had a chance to wear it. It’s only been tried on once. At the top 17” flat with a load of stretch. Bottom is asymmetrical. 100% cotton. Hand wash.
