Off shoulder Blouse

It comes with adjustable straps. First layer is sort of khaki then it's the black layer. There is no first layer on the shoulder part (refer to pic 3) there is also an inch left of mesh type material at the bottom of the blouse (pic1), giving it in my opinion a classier look.
