Off White Fringe Coverup Swim Skirt size M/L

Super cute fringe coverup skirt! There is no tag but it’s a M/L. I added a picture with the waist measurement, it measures 16”. The waist band is stretchy. The first photo is to show the fit. Mine is a more off white color.
