Off The Shoulder Flowy Dress

Straps are adjustable! The off the shoulder sleeves are perfect and flowy. This dress is super cute... It has been worn once. I hate selling it because it is so cute, but it is a little too short for me. I am 5’11 and it sits at about 1/2 way up my thigh.
