Black with gold star dots; off the shoulder; mid/long sleeved; high neck with a bow tie on the back; button wristband; loose, polyester blouse; size: small. Great blouse to go with jeans or a skirt! Perfect for the office, a night out, or even brunch! Never worn before; took the tag off before I could wear it and now I don’t fit into it.
