This strap is a very light tan, so it matches best with a slightly used or pre-loved purse, with a lighter patina. This will not match a brand new or a heavily used LV bag. However, if it is too light for your bag, I would suggest using a very light layer of olive oil on the strap to darken it and provide a better match.
