@bohoballerina I am not sure on material since tag was cut out, but from the looks of it I would say it is. It’s very light and comfort fitting. The material is not cheap feeling if that makes sense. Hope that helps!

OK great! My only last question is, could you measure the hip flat across about 10 inches down from the waist? 36 is going to be tight, but this dress flares out, and I’m wondering if where my actual widest part is, if it will fit without clinging too much...

Hi again, sorry I just wanna be really clear – it looks like the hips are stretching out to 19 inches and not 16 inches. 19 inches would work for me but 16 inches would be too small, so I’m just trying to see which one it is, because I cannot see the other side of your tape measure in the picture you put up. 🙏🏻💖

@bohoballerina the middle elastic band will be about right where your belly button is. A few inches below that is not tight it’s all loose and can stretch to about 19”
