Oddy red with flowers ruffle blouse size S/M

Oddy 3/4 sleeve with ruffles blouse, 100% Rayon, this is new with tag but I noticed when steaming it there is a little spot in the front where the material didn’t catch when being sewed to the ribbon. I have included a picture for reference this such a pretty light weight blouse with tassels on the ties at the top
