This is an older Octopus Ink style skirt that has a foldable waistband and asymmetrical hem. Also great for swim suit cover if you unfold it and pull it up like a tube top tunic. In good used condition, size small. The last photo is just a clearer picture of the salmon art, on a current t shirt style.
