Plates are in NEW condition. . . some of UPC codes on the back side, some do not. ALL plates have 2 holes so that you may thread a hanger through the back and display instead. . . . Each plate measures approximately 9.8" x 9.8" or 25CM x 25CM. . . . Each plate has EMBOSSING (3-D raised area) on the top and bottom of the plate. . .
