Brand new with tags cover up / sundress vintage y2k from ocean breeze - not sure where it was purchased either in Hawaii or on cape cod where I am from. But it is adorable! I am not sure how I never wore this! I had many so I probably just forgot to use it. 100% cotton perfect for summer!
