2. It appears that in the photo of the side view, that the crocheted hem is not sewn on in one section? Is this part of the design or a damaged area that just needs to be sewn back on?
3. is there a shelf bra underneath?

@pmiller67 hi yes this is still for sale. There is no damage to the shirt it is new without tags. The design of the shirt is long in the front and smaller band in the back to have an open back effect. For this shirt I would suggest, sticky boobs, a strapless bra or bandeau...whichever you prefer. Hope this helps 😊
