Ocean City Cold Shoulder Anchor Deco Sweatshirt

Size small, white-washed wine color, left and right sides at bottom have a slit at hem. Cut at shoulders (purchased this way on the boardwalk in OC, New Jersey). Soft and comfy. Worn a few times but is in good condition. Has some pills on it but they fit in with the distressed look. See last picture for reference.
