Ocean Blue Short Sequin Dress by Backstage

A tasteful sequin dress, perfect during anytime of the year. Great for summer wedding, festive fourth dress, NYE and more! I've only worn this twice, in great condition, like brand new. Has polyester lining. The dress itself is made up of very tiny sequin that are more on the matte side, so the shine isn't overwhelming, also has 7% spandex so it has a little give.
