Cleon Peterson is a contemporary American artist based out of Los Angeles, California. His work often, depicts, brutal scenes of violence, however this brutal, cyclical struggle. Is not about glorifying violence but acknowledging its role in our histories. His work aims to provoke reflection on the fine line between survival and destruction, and the complex reality that violence and beauty coexist in the human condition. This shirt was released in collaboration with Shepherd Fairey / OBEY and was released through the obey propaganda, clothing line, in 2016. The shirt image from one of Cleon’s paintings, and is in like new mint condition, size XL but does run snug.
