@kaiteycaron Greetings, Thank you for your enquiry. The waist is 26” without stretching and the inseam is 30” (which should come down over the ski boots) I am happy to answer any additional questions.

• Thinsulate Gore-Tex - Fully Lined with 100% polyester fill insulation
• There is an outer, single layer of tightly woven polyester fabric. There are two layers of lining, one layer of brushed polyester and one layer nylon. I do not have information regarding the temperature ratings. Have a blessed day.
