luvimin, i totally get it. Poshmark doesn't monitor the few Flakey Sellers that well. i got fake/very worn, gross RayBan, it was labelled NWT. a very unplesant experience this last two wks.

@luvimin How do you know it’s fake? What is the year on the back of the container? Go to your purchases, click on the purchase and click on problems/order inquiries. My purchase had the year 2002. Take pictures of it if has that date. Good luck and let me know how you make out. Poshmark did refund my money.

@bflogirlbrrr there was no expiration date and it is nude cream color. The obagi I used for years is kinda pink . The seller busymama99 block me and I couldn’t sent her a message.

I purchase 3 obagi face wash and 2 exfoderm. But I was disappointed with Poshmark that they didn’t support me. I purchase it Dec 29,2021 and arrived on January 6,2022 but I didn’t use it not tell last week and I had bad reaction in my face

@luvimin it’s not an expiration date, it’s just printed on the back of the bottle. Mine was 2002. Do what I suggested about going to the place on your purchase. I had even opened mine. But I told Poshmark I had no reason to doubt the purchase until I opened it. I get emails from Obagi and I was able to get great prices right from their site. I see you are new to Poshmark and I’m sorry you had this awful experience. 😢

@bflogirlbrrr I emailed Poshmark several time and sent them the photos of the different of the color of the face wash obagi. I think that is not enough to them that I bought was not authentic obagi. The bad think was I was senior citizen that trying to look pretty.

I don’t really know what is in the obagi bottles face wash. I had allergy reactions rashes in my face. I hope that Poshmark support help me get my money back.
