Oasap Blue and White Dress

Trying to purge my closet and hate to see this go... It’s in great condition and was very gently used. The material is not stretchy at all, aside from the elastic waistband. The only flaw it has is that the arm pits have been stained by the blue dye (as shown in photo.) Aside from that it is perfect! It does have a little lining under the dress that’s silk-like though.
