Very good condition. Looked like it was barely used if at all. I researched Oaks Royal III and it appears it is a Home Owners Association for a retirement community in Zephyrhills, FL Year 1998 Total Pages 131 This vintage cookbook is very interesting. It has recipes from the community. There are many helpful hints and home economic information that is very helpful to the cook as well as the homemaker. It has a 50's feel to it. Unusual handed down recipes along with comfort food.
