@pondkatt hi! It’s 19” PTP. I hope that helps. They are in winter now as it’s an Australian brand so it’s not likely to be on there at the moment. Google mini puff dress and you will see examples. The sleeves on mine have been altered so the they are loose rather than elastic cuff
