This mandolin will make slicing easy and uniform. NOTE FROM SELLER: The only reason I'm selling this mandolin is because I don't have much strength in my arm and shoulder after surgery. This is a wonderful slicer and I purchased it after we used OXO mandolins when I took cooking classes.
