OVER THE GARDEN WALL WW2 nurse cape (real vintage garment

This is a real ww2 nurse cape, thick sturdy wool, red interior and dark navy exterior. Has tag from hospital it was bought from and gold accent chain. Very very good condition for the age even had some areas fixed. A great collectors item or fashion statement and costume for OTGW. The leaves are saftey pinned on with small gauge pins. Easily removed and because of how thick the fabric is you can’t see the areas it was saftey pinned.
