swimsem123 Hi! Sorry that this is so random - I purchased this ring but am not able to message you any more. I’ve been loving all of the data from the ring, but am running into issues with the battery. Oura would like to investigate the battery issue but needs the order ID, if ordered from oura, or receipt of purchase, if ordered elsewhere. Do you happen to have that info still? Thank you!
