Size 7 - Due to the trackers, this ring does not fit as a normal ring size. My pointer finger is normally a SIZE 6 but a size 7 fits comfortably! Purchased August 2023 - ring has about a 2-3 day battery life. I find the perfect time to charge my ring is when I shower! While the Oura ring is water proof, charging in the shower endures that I will be able to track my activity and sleep each day!
